Mandible Hypoplasia is a common feature of Treacher Collins Syndrome (TCS). The mandible is malformed and the angle can be underdeveloped or totally absent. The symptoms are best visible at the facial profile.

- Antimongoloid slanting papebral fissures
- Lower eye lid coloboma
- Malformation of auricles
- External ear canal defect
- Cleft palate
- Hearing loss
- Visual loss
